Our personal trainers are educated in CrossFit, powerlifting and mobility. You get access to our whole facility and can combine PT with group sessions for maximum effect.
It depends on your goals and your budget. Most people train one or two times a week with PT and complement with group sessions or Open Gym on their own.
Absolutely, it's a common combination. Your trainer can build a program that takes your group sessions into account so everything fits together.
