CrossFit at three different levels, scaled for everyone regardless of fitness. We start with a focus block on strength/technique, follow with a high-intensity workout and often finish with accessory strength or extra core work.
Here we focus on the Olympic lifts Clean & Jerk and Snatch. Technique, mobility and strength, everything to get better at these lifts.
Body control, strength and balance! Here we work on CrossFit's gymnastic elements. Pull-up, muscle-up, handstand, walking on hands, toes to bar, etc. Everything you do without weights. Different progressions depending on where you are.
A tough and fun class that combines functional exercises with running for endurance and strength. Perfect for anyone who wants to train HYROX, with or without a race in sight.
A class focused on injury prevention and strength. Through controlled movements and technique work we strengthen the body to handle both daily life and tougher training sessions.
Focused on building our strength. Here we don't gasp for air, we do various squats, deadlifts and heavy lifts. Often finishing with accessory strength.
"Back to basics". Here we focus on foundational movements, technique and mobility. We explain the CrossFit principles so everyone understands why the exercises are shaped the way they are.
Everyone is welcome here, but you should have some experience with most exercises. We rotate coaches on TeamWOD and the coaches join in themselves. So you can't expect a lot of technique tips, but you can expect a heavy dose of endorphins.
