PRINCIPLES
Every session is led by a trained coach who guides you through technique, scales the weights, and makes sure you train safely and effectively.
Minimum 80 h of training per coach. L1 Trainer certified.
Training should be fun. Varied sessions, music and a positive atmosphere mean you always look forward to the next one.

Absolutely not. Every exercise is scaled to your level. Our coaches help you scale each session so you can train safely and effectively from day one, no matter your background.
A session is roughly 60 minutes and consists of a warm-up, a technique or strength block and a conditioning block (WOD). All parts are coached from start to finish.
All training carries some risk, but with good coaching CrossFit is very safe. We put a lot of focus on technique and movement quality to minimise the risk of injury.
In most cases yes. Our coaches are used to scaling exercises. Tell us about your situation and we'll find a solution that works for you.
For beginners we recommend three sessions a week. From there you can increase as your body adapts. Many of our members train four to five times a week.
