
Our autumn CrossFit Kids term starts 6 September. Playful, challenging training where kids build strength, mobility and confidence, with safe and certified coaches.
Ages 10-14
6 September to 20 December. No commitment, parent open gym included.
CrossFit Kids isn't about heavy weights or intense competition. It's about giving kids the tools to move well, get strong and have fun. Every session is scaled by age and ability, and our coaches make sure every kid feels welcome, no matter their experience. Through play, challenge and teamwork, we build confidence that carries far beyond the gym.

Our kids sessions are led by certified coaches who know how to meet children where they are. The focus is on play, the joy of movement, and making sure every child feels seen, whatever their experience.
The kids build strength through playful, age-appropriate exercises that lay the foundation for an active life.
Regular training at a young age creates positive habits around movement and health that last a lifetime.
Through group training, the kids learn to collaborate, encourage others and take responsibility.
