
All our classes are booked via Wondr. Log in with your account, pick the class that suits you, and confirm your booking. The schedule updates in real time so you always see current times and available spots.
Come 10 minutes before the class starts so you have time to change. Every class is led by a trained coach who guides you from warm-up to cool-down.
Want to train on your own? As a member you have access to the gym around the clock, every day of the week. During Open Gym you can run your own program, work on technique, or add extra strength training.
New to Tegen? Start with a CrossFit or bootcamp class. Both are designed for all levels. Bring training clothes, indoor shoes, and a water bottle — we handle the rest.
