From a small CrossFit affiliate to a destination with three rooms, rehab and a shop. Here's how we got here.
2012
Doors open
TegenFitness opens its doors in Solna with a focus on functional fitness. Shortly after, it becomes a CrossFit affiliate. Tegen is born.
2014
To the CrossFit Games
Team Tegen qualifies for the CrossFit Games. Proof that something real is happening here.
2015
Move to Solna Centrum
We move into the heart of Solna. Bigger floor, better gear, same feel.
2019
Murph is added
Expansion with a whole new training room: Murph. Classes, functional strength, and a play corner for the kids.
2023
TegenRehab launches
Chiropractic and treatments under the same roof. Train hard, recover smart.
2024
Fran rises again
After a major water damage, Fran is rebuilt from the ground up. Better than before, and ready for the next decade.
2025
TegenShop & Hyrox
Opening of the shop and health café Helen. The same year we become a Hyrox affiliate. Tegen is no longer just a gym.
