No. HYROX training builds up both conditioning and strength over time. We scale the sessions to your level so you can develop at your own pace.
CrossFit focuses on varied functional training at high intensity. HYROX is more specifically aimed at the race format: eight runs alternating with eight functional stations. The two complement each other well.
You can race in both singles and doubles classes. We help you find the right starting class and prepare you for race day.
